Futaba Nara is a seasoned talent acquisition professional currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter at SmartHR, Inc. since December 2021. Previously, Futaba held the position of Talent Acquisition Specialist for Japan and APAC at Red Hat from December 2018 to November 2021, contributing to the recruitment efforts of a leading provider of enterprise open source solutions. Additionally, Futaba worked at IBM from April 2010 to November 2018 in various roles, including Talent Acquisition Partner and Professional Hiring, where responsibilities included the planning and execution of hiring strategies, direct sourcing, and client-focused solution sales related to IT infrastructure. Futaba holds a Bachelor of Sports Science with a focus on Sports Medical Science from Waseda University, graduated in 2010.
