Masato Haru

Masato Haru has a robust background in corporate planning and M&A advisory, currently serving in the Corporate Planning department at SmartHR, Inc. since July 2020. Previously, Masato held managerial and specialist roles in Corporate Development & Transaction Services at Accenture from February 2018 to March 2020. Prior to that, Masato gained valuable experience at Mizuho Securities, where responsibilities included analyst and associate positions in M&A Advisory from April 2013 to January 2018, starting as a trainee in Singapore. Masato earned a Bachelor of Arts in Japanese Language and Literature from The University of Tokyo in 2013.
