Rafael Fróes

Rafael Fróes has a diverse work experience in the field of UX design. Rafael is currently working as the Head of Design at Smartify. Prior to their current role, they served as the UX Design Lead at Smartify and Senior UX Designer. Before joining Smartify, Rafael worked at MAG Seguros, where they held the position of Senior UX Designer. In this role, they acted as a UX Lead, overseeing the technical coordination of the UX team and promoting design rituals and principles. Rafael also contributed to the development of the Design System and facilitated design workshops and problematization workshops for different areas of the company. Prior to MAG Seguros, Rafael worked as a UX Lead at Aegon Seguros, where they were responsible for redesigning the user experience of aegon.es.

Rafael Fróes completed their education in a chronological manner. Rafael started their education in 2011 and graduated in 2014 from UERJ with a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration. In 2015, they pursued a Post-Graduate Program in Marketing e Design Digital at ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing, which they completed in 2016.

In addition to their formal education, Rafael Fróes obtained several certifications throughout their career. In March 2015, they obtained a certification in Gamification through Coursera Verified Certificates. In May 2018, they received a Membership Certificate from The Interaction Design Foundation. Later in August 2019, they obtained a Design Sprint Facilitator certification from AJ&Smart GmbH. Their most recent certification is in UX Design, which they obtained in November 2020 from Design Circuit.
