Peter Rafailov

Peter Rafailov has a diverse professional background with experience in customer support, quality assurance, and product management. Starting as a Customer Support Representative for the TripAdvisor Project at Concentrix and BULPROS in 2016, Peter advanced to the role of Express Claims Adjuster at AIG, eventually becoming a Senior Express Claims Adjuster and Subject Matter Expert. In 2021, Peter joined Accenture as a Team Manager, where skills in people and stakeholder management were honed alongside risk and performance management processes. Following this role, Peter transitioned to Appolica as a QA Specialist and later as a Product Manager, currently holding a similar position at Smart IT - Smart Innovative Technologies since November 2023. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in International Economic Relations from the University of National and World Economy and a High School diploma in Spanish Language and Literature from Instituto Bilingue "Miguel de Cervantes".
