Luigi Flumian Neto

Luigi Flumian Neto has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles. Luigi started their career as an Administrative Assistant at Mega Bikers Jundiaí in 2007 and worked there until 2010. Luigi then joined Amcor Rigid Plastics as a Quality Technician from 2010 to 2012. At Amcor, they provided support to the production process and managed non-compliant materials.

In 2012, Luigi joined GRUPO ASTRA as a Laboratory Assistant, where they worked until 2014. During their time at GRUPO ASTRA, they managed a team of 14 employees and developed and implemented an Integrated Quality Management System.

In 2014, they transitioned to the role of Quality Control Officer at GRUPO ASTRA and held this position until 2018. As a Quality Control Officer, their responsibilities included approving new products and production processes and conducting quality audits at suppliers.

Since 2018, Luigi has been working at SmartKargo as an IT Project Manager and Subject Matter Expert (SME). Luigi initially worked on a project in Mexico for 7 months and then participated in a second project in Argentina for 18 months. Currently, as the PM and SME for the project in Argentina, they coordinate new implementations and improvements, manages the Developers, QA, and Support teams, and maintains a daily relationship with customer representatives.

Luigi Flumian Neto completed their education in a chronological order. In 2009 to 2010, they attended Unianchieta where they pursued a Colegial Técnico degree in Química. Subsequently, from 2011 to 2016, they enrolled at Faculdade Pitágoras where they obtained a Bacharelado em Engenharia degree in Engenharia Química. Most recently, from 2023 to 2024, Luigi attended MBA USP/Esalq and earned a Master of Business Administration - MBA degree, focusing on Project Management.
