Ian Jenks

Ian Jenks has held a number of roles in various companies since 2008. Ian began their career as Chairman of Intune Networks in 2008, and then went on to become a Director of Econic Technologies Ltd in 2014. Ian also became Chairman of Birdstep Technology in 2014 and Director of Transmode in 2015. In 2016, they were appointed Chairman of Brady PLC and that same year they became Senior Independent Director of Paysafe Group, a role which they held until 2017. In 2015, they became Director of Nexeon Ltd and Chairman of the Board of Impression Technologies Ltd. In 2019, they were appointed Chairman and CEO of SmartKem, Inc., and in 2020 they became Chairman of the Board of Pyreos Ltd.

Ian Jenks attended the University of Bristol from 1974 to 1977, where they earned a B.Sc. in Aeronautical Engineering.
