Kathleen Truong

Kathleen Truong has worked as a Community Associate at SmartLabs since May 2023. In this role, they support members in their lab research, serves as a liaison between corporate and community, and addresses customer concerns. Kathleen makes strategic decisions to enhance the member experience and foster community within the industry and office.

Prior to their position at SmartLabs, Kathleen was a Bank Teller at Bank of Easton starting in June 2021.

From April 2020 to October 2021, Kathleen served as a Podcast Host for Lift Up Your Crown.

In June 2019, Kathleen worked as a Special Education Specialist at Maplewood Country Day Camp.

Kathleen Truong attended Oliver Ames High School, where they obtained their High School Diploma. Kathleen then participated in the American Legion Massachusetts Girls State program in 2021, focusing on American Government and Politics (United States). Beginning in 2022, Kathleen enrolled at Boston University, where they are expected to complete their undergraduate education in an unspecified field of study by 2026.
