Jennifer Levée began their work experience in 2004 as a Client Services Associate at Morgan Stanley. Jennifer then worked at SouthStar Funding as an Account Manager from September 2005 to March 2007. Jennifer joined Robert Half in March 2007 as a Recruiter for Finance/Accounting Permanent Placement, but left in October 2007. Jennifer also worked at Dynamix Group, starting in October 2007, where they served as a Maintenance Specialist for IBM System x until December 2008, and later worked as a Renewals Manager for Multivendor from January 2009 to August 2021. Since September 2021, Jennifer has been working at Smartling, first as a Renewals Manager and then as an Account Executive starting in October 2022.

Jennifer Levée received their Bachelor's degree in International Business- Finance from the University of Central Florida in the period from 2001 to 2004. Prior to that, they attended Spruce Creek High School from 1995 to 1999. In terms of additional certifications, Jennifer obtained the Cisco Customer Success Manager certification from Cisco in August 2020. Jennifer also received several IBM certifications including IBM Certified Specialist - IBM U.S. Technical Support Services V2 in July 2015, IBM Certified Specialist - U.S. Technical Support Services Level 1 in February 2013, and IBM Certified Specialist - U.S. Technical Support Services Level 2 in February 2013.
