Mike Hurst has a strong background in technology solutions and sales engineering. Mike started their career in 2001 at Kaseya Corporation as a Technical Support Manager. Mike then worked as a Senior Technical Support Engineer at NetIQ Corporation. In 2004, they served as the Information Technology Manager at The Mortgage Outlet. From 2006 to 2008, they worked as an Enterprise Systems Management Consultant at Infospectrum Inc. In 2008, they joined Appstream Inc. as a Senior Sales Engineer, which was later acquired by Symantec where they continued to work as a Senior Sales Engineer for Symantec's Endpoint Management and Mobility Solutions. Mike worked at Symantec until 2011. After that, they worked as a Solutions Architect at RES Software, where they were involved in technical solution selling and alliance partnerships. Mike then joined Microsoft as a Technical Account Manager, providing technical expertise across various Microsoft products. Most recently, they joined Lingotek in 2016 as a Senior Solutions Engineer, where they designed and implemented technology solutions for enterprise clients. Mike is currently working at Smartling as a Channel Partner Manager, assisting organizations with translation and international expansion.

Mike Hurst earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Aviation Maintenance Management from San Jose State University, where they attended from 1989 to 1995. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2001, they became a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer from Microsoft. Then, in 2005, they obtained a California Real Estate License from the State of California. Lastly, in 2012, they became a Certified RES Software Professional from RES Software.
