Olga Totskaya, PMP, CSM

Olga Totskaya, PMP, CSM has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies.

Starting in 2005, Olga worked as a Project Manager at TechnoPark Corp. until 2007. Olga then joined Cantaloupe Systems as a Project Manager, where they worked until 2010.

In 2007, Olga also joined Archer Software as a Project Manager and later transitioned to the role of PMO (Project Management Office) from 2010 to 2013.

In 2012, Olga briefly worked as a Project Manager at Nomad Editions.

From 2013 to 2015, Olga worked at Maxymiser, where they initially served as an Agile Project Manager and later as a Team Lead.

Since 2015, Olga has been working at Smartling, where they initially held the position of Project Manager. In 2020, they became the Ukraine Regional Head of Software Engineering.

Throughout their career, Olga has demonstrated their expertise in project management and has acquired certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) and CSM (Certified Scrum Master).

Olga Totskaya, PMP, CSM, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Dnipropetrovsk State Technical University of Railway Transport, which they obtained from 1994 to 1999. In 2009, Olga became a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through the PMI-OC Project Management Institute Orange County Chapter. Additionally, in 2013, they received their Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance.
