Kathy Lysiak

Kathy Lysiak has extensive work experience in roles related to revenue operations, service operations, and proposal management. Kathy has held various positions at different companies, including SmartLinx, Sparta Systems, Inc., and Barr Laboratories. At SmartLinx, Kathy served as the Senior Director of Revenue Operations, Director of Revenue Enablement, and Director of Service Operations. At Sparta Systems, Inc., they held positions such as Professional Services Manager, Global Lead - Proposals, and Proposal Developer. At Barr Laboratories, Kathy worked as a Lead Business Analyst, Business Analyst, Senior Application Support Analyst, Application Support Analyst, and Quality Assurance Coordinator. Their responsibilities included managing projects, coordinating proposal documentation, developing standardized processes and templates, and ensuring compliance with GxP systems.

Kathy Lysiak earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from St. Thomas Aquinas College, completing their studies between 1995 and 1999.
