Susan Phillips

Susan Phillips has been a Manager of the Project Management Office (PMO) at SmartLinx since October 2014, where responsibilities include overseeing operational systems, processes, and infrastructure to enhance customer satisfaction in collaboration with various departments. Prior to this role, Susan served as an Operations Manager at the Charleston County School District for a brief period in 2014 and completed internships as an IT Field Service Technician at Trident Technical College and in Network Systems Management while self-employed. Earlier career experience includes working as a Medical Billing Specialist at Medical Claims Specialists LLC. Susan holds an Associate's degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from Trident Technical College, completed between 2012 and 2014.
