Mateusz Tałpasz

Mateusz Tałpasz has served as CEO and Co-Founder of SmartLunch since August 2014, leading the company from one employee and no revenue to a workforce of 220 and 150 million PLN in revenue. Under Mateusz's leadership, SmartLunch has established itself as a leader in Poland and is preparing for expansion into European markets, having delivered over 35 million meals to more than 600 companies and serving 145,000 clients. Additionally, from April to August 2014, Mateusz worked as an Investment Analyst at LIFT-OFF Startup Accelerator, where responsibilities included analyzing and evaluating startups, training new entrepreneurs on legal procedures and management, and promoting Customer Development among founders. Mateusz holds a Master's degree in Project Management and a Bachelor's degree in Management, both from Wroclaw University of Economics and Business.
