Dev Cham

Dev Cham has worked in the telecom industry for over 20 years. In 2000, they began their career as a Deployment Engineer at Teleglobe International, where they engineered VoIP network architecture and design. In 2006, they joined Alcatel-Lucent as a Lead Solutions Engineer, responsible for Solution Architecture, Network Design and System Testing. Dev also led technology trials with major telcos. In 2007, Dev Cham worked as a Principal Consultant on behalf of Alcatel-Lucent at Verizon Wireless, where they won a major business in IMS space generating over $50 million in sales. From 2008 to 2010, they were at Cablevision as Wireless Engineering Director, responsible for Fixed-Mobile Convergence and Wireless Solution. In 2016, Dev Cham founded Smartly Built, a creative agency for a connected world.

Dev Cham earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology in 2005, and a Master of Science in Information Technology from the same institution in 2008.
