Kirsikka Machreich has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Kirsikka started their career as a Junior Consultant at Vapa Impact Oy in 2011 and worked until 2013. From 2012 to 2014, they served as a Community Manager at Gajatri Studios Oy, where they managed social media channels for an online game. Kirsikka then joined Nordic Morning in 2014 as a Paid Media Trainee and later worked as an Analyst and Consultant in Performance Media from 2015 to 2018. In 2018, Kirsikka joined Smartly.io as a Customer Success Manager in Managed Services, working closely with clients in the Ecommerce, Gaming, and Transportation industries. Kirsikka was later promoted to Senior Customer Success Manager and eventually became the Customer Success Lead for the Nordics. In these roles, they focused on helping fashion eCommerce and retail customers grow and scale their paid social operations globally. Kirsikka managed customer relationships, developed strategies, and ensured key objectives were met.
Kirsikka Machreich has a Master of Science degree in Marketing Communications from the University of Bedfordshire, which they completed from 2010 to 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Service Production and Marketing from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences, from 2006 to 2010. Kirsikka also participated in an Erasmus Exchange program at Plekhanov Russian University of Economics in 2008, studying International Business Studies. In addition to their formal education, Kirsikka has obtained various certifications from Google and other institutions in areas such as advertising, analytics, and campaign management.
