Lina Hagström has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Lina started their career as a Project Manager for Gallery Int. Fashion Fair, where they managed communication with buyers and media during Copenhagen Fashion Week. Lina then worked as a Project Manager for KATRI NISKANEN, launching a new fashion brand concept in Denmark. Lina also gained experience in marketing and communications roles, including Nordic Communications and Marketing at Nestle S.A. and Copywriter at BOND Creative Agency. Lina further developed their content strategy and management skills as Head of Content for MEDIA x WOMEN and later as Head of Global Brand Marketing and Director of Brand Marketing at Smartly.io. Additionally, Lina has written and directed films, including a short film that premiered on Canal Unicable in Mexico. Overall, Lina's work experience showcases their versatility and expertise in various industries and roles.
Lina Hagström holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Media Management, which they completed from The New School between 2015 and 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Communication and Media Studies from Lund University from 2010 to 2013. Lina also participated in an exchange semester at Universidad de Santiago de Chile in 2013, where they studied Journalism and Media Studies. In 2021, Lina earned certification as a Section4 Certified Brand Strategist.
