Serena Colak Gencler has a strong background in sales and business development. Serena Colak Gencler completed their education with a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Hacettepe University in 2014. During their time at Hacettepe University, they also participated in the Erasmus Program at Leipzig University, where they studied Economics from 2012 to 2013. In 2014, Serena obtained a Marketing Certificate from UCLA Extension. Serena later attended UCLA from 2014 to 2015, completing an Extension program in Marketing. In 2020, they obtained additional certifications, including the Snapchat Ads Manager Certification from Snap Inc. and the Hubspot Inbound Sales Certification from HubSpot.
