Balaji Shanmugam has over 23 years of experience in the technology sector, currently serving as an SAP Solutions Architect at Smart Modular Technologies since June 2000. In this role, Balaji is responsible for designing, developing, managing, and supporting SAP Security across various systems, including ECC, BI, Portal, GTS, and GRC. Balaji possesses hands-on experience in compliant user provisioning, risk analysis and remediation, superuser privilege management, and enterprise role management. Prior to this position, Balaji worked as a System Analyst at Smartsoft International Inc from June 1998 to June 2000.
