Chloe Wan

Chloe Wan is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Corporate Controller at SGH- SMART Global Holdings since March 2018 and as Financial Controller at SMART Modular Technologies since July 2014. Prior to these roles, Chloe was Financial Controller at Asteelflash from March 2000 to December 2013. Chloe holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Southern Illinois University, obtained in 1999, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from Southern Illinois University, completed in 1997.
