Claude Demby

Claude is currently the President of SGH’s LED Solutions business. He has more than 20 years in executive leadership roles within automotive, aerospace and materials technology industries. Prior to SGH, Claude served as the SVP and GM of the Cree-LED business, served as the President and CEO of Noel Group, a global provider of synthetic materials solutions across different market segments, and served as the President and COO of L&L Products, a global manufacturer of engineered sealing and structural devices. Claude began his career at P&G and GE Plastics.

Additionally he has served on a number of boards including the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond as a Director and Chairman, Brown Capital Management Mutual Fund, and Valour Academy Schools.

Mr. Demby holds a Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering from the University of Delaware, and an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic University.
