Amr Refaat is an accomplished executive with over 30 years of experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as Managing Director at Smartmatic since March 2023, Refaat focuses on digital transformation initiatives. Prior to this, Refaat led Gulf Business Machines (GBM) as Chief Executive Officer from July 2019 to June 2023, overseeing operations across the GCC and Pakistan from the Dubai headquarters.
