Tanisha Salazar

Tanisha Salazar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in quality assurance, currently serving as a Quality Assurance Lead at Smartmatic since January 2012. Salazar has held various positions within the company, including Quality Assurance Senior Engineer and Quality Assurance Functional Engineer, where responsibilities ranged from defining test plans and managing team collaboration to executing test protocols that ensure product specifications are met. In addition to a strong background in quality assurance, Salazar has contributed to academia as a Master's professor at Universidad Latina de Panamá. An educated individual, Salazar holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Software Engineering and a Master of Education, as well as a Bachelor's in System and Computing, supplemented by postgraduate studies in both Software Engineering and Education.
