Agnieszka Kozakiewicz

Agnieszka Kozakiewicz is a seasoned HR professional and academic with extensive experience in human resources management and psychology. Currently serving as a Wykładowca at Uczelnia WSB Merito Warszawa since October 2021, Agnieszka teaches courses related to psychology in management, employee selection, and interpersonal communication. Agnieszka has held the role of HR Business Partner at Smartney Grupa Oney since September 2019 and previously served as HR Manager at FARGOTEX in 2019, along with a long tenure as HR Business Partner at GoWork.pl from December 2013 to March 2019. Responsibilities have included leading recruitment processes, advising management on HR operations, designing training programs, enhancing employer branding initiatives, and engaging with industry stakeholders. Agnieszka holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from APS Maria Grzegorzewska University, obtained between 2008 and 2013.
