Ganesh Shantharam is a seasoned professional in quality assurance with a robust background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior QA Automation Engineer at Smartnumbers since January 2018, Ganesh specializes in developing and maintaining automation frameworks for web and mobile applications. Prior to this role, Ganesh was the Head of Quality Assurance at RESILIENT PLC from 2008 to January 2018, where responsibility encompassed the overall QA strategy and team functionality. Ganesh's earlier experience includes over a decade at Teamphone.com, where contributions as QA Manager involved team recruitment, Agile training, and process implementation to enhance software quality. Ganesh began the career as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Global Communications Ltd, focusing on manual testing and integration. Ganesh holds a BSc in Computer Science from Kingston University, completed in July 1995.
