Andy Chan

Andy Chan has held various managerial positions focused on network development and engineering in the telecommunications industry since 2008. Andy currently serves as the Assistant General Manager at 數碼通, previously holding key roles at 3 Hong Kong and Hutchison Telecommunications (Hong Kong) Limited. With a Bachelor of Information Technology degree from Southern Cross University, Andy has extensive experience in project management for network rollout and mobile data network management.
