Karen Wong is an experienced marketing professional with a strong focus on user acquisition and retention in the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as Senior Marketing Manager, Acquisition at SmarTone since 2017, Karen develops growth strategies based on market segments and ROI, while monitoring trends and providing actionable insights to senior management. Previous roles include Marketing Manager, Acquisition at CSL Limited, and Marketing Manager, Retention at SmarTone, where Karen successfully formulated customer loyalty strategies and marketing programs for new products. Karen’s career began at PCCW and Kee Wah Bakery, where foundational marketing skills were developed. Karen holds a Master’s Degree in Marketing from Macquarie University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Finance from The University of Hong Kong.
