Vincent Lam is an experienced telecommunications professional with over 26 years in the industry, currently serving as Assistant Manager (Packet Core Network) at SmarTone since March 2022, where Vincent focuses on designing and implementing mobile Dual Mode Core networks for future deployments. Previously, Vincent held roles such as Senior Solution Architect at NTT Ltd., where responsibilities included developing IoT solutions and providing pre-sales consultancy, and Senior Solution Consultant at Hutchison Telecoms, driving ICT solution sales for enterprise customers. Vincent's career also includes significant positions at Ericsson, Nokia Networks, Nortel Networks, Radio Frequency Engineering Limited, and New World Telephone Limited, encompassing a range of technical and managerial duties in network design, solution management, and project delivery. Vincent holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
