Stuart R Wallace

Stuart R Wallace has had a diverse and extensive work experience. Starting in 1988, they began their career as a Senior Officer at HM Revenue & Customs, where they worked as a VAT Inspector and had various secondments. In 1995, they joined PwC as an Indirect Tax Partner, leading the Midlands region's Indirect Tax team and working with clients across multiple sectors. Stuart held several leadership roles at PwC, including Head of Tax in the Midlands and UK Tax Compliance Leader.

In 2017, Stuart took on the role of Chairman at Foundation of Hearts Limited, where they helped save and rebuild Heart of Midlothian FC. Stuart R held the position of Non-Executive Director at Heart of Midlothian FC and was involved with the Foundation of Hearts until 2022.

Moving on in 2018, Stuart joined Prydis as a Non-Executive Director and later became the Group Executive Chairman. At Prydis, they focused on driving growth through new business lines, strategic partnerships, and people engagement.
