Marek Forysiak

Marek Forysiak is the Founder and Chairman of the Board at SmartPay, established in November 2017 to assist micro, small, and medium-sized merchants in Vietnam by providing access to digital financial solutions, currently serving 650,000 mSMEs and processing over 75 million transactions. In addition to this role, Forysiak has been the Managing Principal at MARFOR International Advisory, LLC since August 2010 and has served on several boards, including as a Board Member at FE CREDIT from October 2017 to September 2021 and as CEO at Moven from June 2017 to March 2020. Previous positions include CEO at RUSSLAVBANK, Bank Renaissance Credit, and AIG Bank Polska SA, among other roles at JPMorganChase and the Polish American Mortgage Bank. Forysiak holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Montclair State University and completed the Executive Management Program at Columbia Business School.
