Manoj Kumar has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over multiple years.

MANOJ currently serves as the Deputy General Manager & Enterprise Head at Smartping since May 2023. Before that, they held the role of Assistant General Manager & Enterprise Head at Smartping from August 2022 to May 2023.

Prior to joining Smartping, Manoj worked as the Sales Regional Lead - Enterprise at Rapyder Cloud Solutions Private Limited from October 2021 to August 2022.

Manoj Kumar attended A G Church from 1983 to 1994, where they obtained their ICSE degree. From 1994 to 1996, they attended T D B College and completed their Higher Secondary (XII) degree in the field of Science, with a focus on Biology, Physics, and Chemistry. MANOJ then pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (BCOM) degree at T D B College, University of Burdwan from 1996 to 1999. Continuing their education, Manoj Kumar attended SCDL, Pune from 2006 to 2010 and obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA) with a specialization in Sales & Marketing.

In addition to their formal education, Manoj Kumar has also obtained various certifications. In October 2019, they received the AWS Business Professional (Digital) certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
