Heidi Walters

Heidi Walters is an experienced office and finance manager currently serving as the Office Manager at SmartPM Technologies, Inc. since October 2023. Prior to this role, Walters worked as a Finance/HR Manager at the Walton County Property Appraiser’s Office, where responsibilities included managing a $3+ million annual budget, overseeing payroll for 33 employees, coordinating hiring processes that led to seven new hires, and providing administrative support as a liaison for internal departments and external partners. Previous positions include Accounting Technician at the Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office and Land Appraiser at the Okaloosa County Property Appraiser’s Office, among others. Walters holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of Florida, earned in 2017.
