Kristin Ulrich-Uhles, MBA has over 20 years of work experience in marketing and management roles. Kristin is currently the Vice President of Marketing at SmartPractice, where they lead the development of solutions for healthcare clients to improve office efficiencies, employee morale, and patient loyalty. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Marketing at SmartPractice, overseeing omni-channel marketing programs.
Before joining SmartPractice, Kristin worked at PetSmart as an Associate Marketing Manager, where they focused on CRM, loyalty programs, and in-store program testing, tweaking, and launching. Kristin also gained experience as a Research Manager at DHR International, specializing in nationwide retailers and leading a team of three. At the start of their career, they served as a Marketing Intern at St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center, where they worked in public relations, fundraising, and event planning.
Throughout their career, Kristin has demonstrated expertise in marketing strategy, team management, and developing innovative solutions for healthcare and retail industries.
Kristin Ulrich-Uhles, MBA, received their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Communication from Arizona State University in 1999. Kristin then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in International Business at the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University from 2006 to 2008.
In addition to their academic qualifications, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career. In July 2018, Kristin completed a certification in HIPAA Privacy and Security. In March 2016, they obtained the Extraordinary Leader™ 360 Assessment Certification from Zenger Folkman. Most recently, in September 2022, they acquired the Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) certification from the National Counsel of Mental Wellbeing.
