Todd Teta

Todd Teta is the current advisor at SmartProperty. Prior to this, they were the Vice President at CoreLogic from February 2004 to April 2014. Todd provided strategic technology, product, and operational leadership to 6 divisions with 210+ onshore and offshore resources. Additionally, they managed a $23.5M budget to drive innovation and revenue growth with a focus on technology and product strategy, product development, vendor relationships, cross-selling opportunities, and technology acquisition / due diligence.

Under Todd's leadership, CoreLogic became the fourth national credit bureau with the launch of CoreScore. Todd also oversaw the company's first mobile application, setting the stage for initial mobile strategy and future mobile initiatives. Furthermore, they guided the organization through a significant transformation involving acquisition, functionalization, office consolidation, discontinued operations, and outsourcing initiatives. As a result of their efforts, the company was able to capture $4M in annual cost savings.

Todd Teta graduated with a B.S. in Computer Engineering & Computer Science from the University of Southern California. Todd is certified from CDIA in FCRA and ITIL Certified in ITIL v3.
