Smilte Narkoviciute

Smilte Narkoviciute has extensive work experience in human resources, starting as a real estate intern in 2011 and moving on to become an assistant to sales and general managers. Smilte started their career in HR as an intern at Avia Solutions Group AB in 2014 and later worked in the same company as an HR assistant and then HR manager. Smilte also gained HR experience as the recruitment project coordinator for Headex Group in 2016. In 2018, they worked as an HR manager at TeleSoftas, responsible for recruitment, HR process improvement, community culture, and employee well-being. Later, they worked as a lead HR business partner and then an HR business partner at Oxylabs.io until 2023. Currently, Smilte is the chief of staff at Smartproxy.

Smilte Narkoviciute graduated from Liubertien\u0117s vid. mokykla in 2009 with a high school degree. Smilte went on to attend ISM University of Management and Economics where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in International Business and Communication, graduating in 2015.
