Martina McKee

Martina McKee is a seasoned professional in product operations and management with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Product Operations at SmartRecruiters since January 2023, Martina previously held the position of Director of Product Management at Oracle from March 2011 to October 2022, where contributions included launching Oracle Commerce Cloud and expanding the team to over 300 members globally. Prior to Oracle, Martina worked as a Senior Technical Business Analyst at Art Technology Group, managing a team focused on SaaS-based customer service solutions, and led significant analytics projects. Additional roles include Project Lead/Business Analyst at Wellington IT, Partner at a startup recognized with an award from InvestNI, Project Manager/Analyst at Ulster Bank, and various positions at Level Seven and Publicis Sapient.
