Rhea Agnani

Rhea Agnani, PMP, currently serves as Chief of Staff and Senior Director of Program Management at SmartRecruiters, where responsibilities include managing OKR Check Ins and supporting executive planning to align cross-departmental efforts with company objectives. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Director of Program Management at Lightspeed HQ, where Rhea established the Program Management Office and expanded the team significantly. Rhea led a high-performing project management team at Oceanwide and was a Senior Consultant at Deloitte, managing projects for major clients such as Deutsche Bank. Earlier experience as a Systems Analyst at Accenture focused on gathering functional requirements and guiding technical development.
