Kevin Morris

Kevin Morris has a diverse work experience, starting at Geek Squad in 2016 as an Advanced Repair Agent and Consultation Agent. In this role, they diagnosed and fixed various devices, provided guidance to clients, and managed shipping/receiving tasks.

In 2018, Kevin joined SmartSearch as a Support Engineer. Kevin handled Level 3 support for a SAAS HR platform, troubleshooting and resolving escalated issues using ASP, VB, JavaScript, and SQL.

Kevin then progressed to the role of Software Developer at SmartSearch in 2020. Here, they developed third-party integrations, including web APIs, and addressed bug fixes and product improvement suggestions from the support team.

In 2021, Kevin was promoted to Senior Software Developer at SmartSearch. Kevin led professional service projects, delivering end-to-end solutions that automated manual labor and saved clients significant time. Additionally, they took responsibility for all third-party integrations.

Kevin Morris is currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science at Southern New Hampshire University, starting in 2015. Kevin has not yet completed their degree.

In addition to their education, Kevin has obtained several certifications. In October 2022, they received a certification in "ASP.NET Core: Working with Azure Tables" from LinkedIn. In November 2022, they obtained certifications in "Advanced Design Patterns: Design Principles," "Agile Foundations," "Agile Project Leadership," "Agile Software Development," "Engagement Evaluation Best Practices for Customer Success Management," "Enterprise Architecture in Practice," "Leadership in Tech," "Leading Projects," "Learning C#," "Programming Foundations: Conducting Code Reviews," "Sales Foundations," "Software Architecture Foundations," "Software Architecture: From Developer to Architect," "Sustainable Software Architecture," and "Time Management Fundamentals" from LinkedIn.

In March 2023, Kevin obtained certifications in "Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals" from Microsoft and "Professional Scrum Master 1" from Scrum.org. Additionally, in April 2023, Kevin obtained a certification in "Agile Development Practices" from LinkedIn.
