Esther Lee

Esther Lee started their work experience in 2010 as an intern at EY, where they prepared sales provisions and managed advisory projects. Esther then became a Senior Assistant at EY from February 2011 to August 2013. After that, they joined Square in September 2013 as an Accounting Lead, where they led automation and accounting close improvements and managed cash-related processes. In 2016, they moved to Robinhood as the Head of Finance and Strategy, where they built the finance department from one person to a team of 30+ and oversaw audits and SEC filings. Recently, they joined SmartServ as the Head of Finance and Strategy in November 2020.

Esther Lee has pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Syracuse University, though the specific starting and ending years of their education remain unknown.
