Aaron Rogstad

Aaron Rogstad has over a decade of experience in customer success and customer relationship management. Previously, they served as the Director of Customer Success at TeamGantt, where they built a customer success organization from the ground up, leading a team that achieved an industry-leading customer satisfaction score of 92%. Prior to that, they worked as a Customer Relationship Manager at Automic Software, managing enterprise accounts and exceeding sales quotas. Currently, Aaron is a Senior Customer Success Manager at Smartsheet, continuing to enhance client experiences. They hold a BA in Cross Cultural Studies from Whitworth University.
