Allen Hsiao

Allen Hsiao is a Commercial Solutions Engineer at Smartsheet since January 2022, recognized as SE of the Quarter for SMB/MM in Q1 '24 and influencing the most ARR for SMB in H1 FY '25. Prior to this, Allen served as a Commercial Staff Sales Engineer at SetSail, which was acquired by ZoomInfo, from November 2020 to October 2021. Earlier career experience includes roles as a Senior Business Development Representative at Navan from April 2019 to July 2020, and various positions such as Business Development Representative and Market Development Representative, along with a Digital Marketing Internship at Esri in 2018. Allen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Information Systems from the University of California, Riverside, completed in 2019, and participated in a UCEAP program at Freie Universität Berlin during the Fall 2018 semester.
