Courtney Lake

Courtney Lake is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in training and clinical laboratory sciences. Currently serving as a Technical Trainer at Smartsheet since December 2021, Courtney designs and implements training materials for the Support team while overseeing onboarding initiatives. Previous roles include Data Manager and Data Specialist I at LabConnect, where responsibilities involved ensuring the accurate flow of data and managing project timelines. Earlier experience as a Data Coordinator involved timely delivery of clinical trial data. Courtney has also held positions as a Medical Technologist at Franklin Woods Community Hospital and Hennepin County Medical Center, and has gained valuable internship experiences in hematology, chemistry, and microbiology. Courtney holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Clinical Laboratory Science from the University of Minnesota.
