Francie Zant

Francie Zant is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in UX research and design. Currently serving as Senior Director of UX Research & Product Operations at Smartsheet since December 2021, Francie previously held positions such as Director of UX Design & Research and Head of UX Research at OfferUp, where collaboration with Product and Engineering teams led to enhanced customer engagement and business growth. Earlier roles include Principal UX Research Lead at Sears Home Services, Senior UX Research Lead for Microsoft Office and Xbox, and User Experience Researcher for Windows Media Center, along with foundational experiences at CompuCom and Tellme Networks. Francie holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Washington.
