Jonathan M.

Jonathan M. has extensive experience in UX and program management, currently serving as a Senior UX Program Manager and Accessibility Program Manager at Smartsheet since October 2021. Previous roles include Product Designer at Seattle School District, where Jonathan conducted research and usability testing, and Technical Program Manager and Software Engineer at Avalara, taking on various responsibilities from software development to project leadership. Jonathan also worked as a barista at Sodexo and held multiple internships at Avalara, gaining foundational skills in software development and user experience. Jonathan holds a Graduate Certificate in User-Centered Design from the University of Washington and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with a minor in Computer Engineering from Seattle Pacific University.
