Michelle Hackett, MBA, possesses extensive experience in customer success and strategic community engagement. Currently serving as a Core Community Member focused on Go To Market strategies at Underscore VC, Michelle has previously held significant leadership roles at Smartsheet, including Global Director of Customer Success for both Renewals and Onboarding, as well as overseeing the Scale Team and Scaled Customer Success. Additionally, Michelle has contributed as a Founding Fellow at On Deck and co-owned Cranberry Vine Catering & Events. Experience in North America Customer Success was gained as the Director at Zmags. Michelle's academic background includes an MBA in Global Management and Business Analytics from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and participation in an MBA Study Abroad Program at St. Petersburg State University's Graduate School of Management, focusing on business in Russia during its transition.
