Ritu Jain

Ritu Jain has over 12 years of work experience. In 2009, they began their career at Gemco Designs as an International Online Business Development, where they were responsible for handling online marketplaces, analyzing competitors, and executing marketing plans. In 2012, they moved to Angara e-commerce Pvt. Ltd. as an Assistant Manager, where they identified new marketplaces for international business expansion, created and implemented online marketing strategies, and increased sales and revenue for the company. In 2015, they were promoted to Assistant Manager - Marketplaces at Angara E-Commerce Pvt. Ltd., where they managed Amazon USA, Canada, AUS and eBay, was responsible for product listing and optimization, and managed account health and performance. In 2022, they joined SmartSign as an Ecommerce Manager.

Ritu Jain completed an Executive Program in Digital & Social Media Marketing Strategy from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta in 2019. Prior to that, they obtained their MBA in Marketing from Earthinators Climate School between 2007 and 2009.
