Vishal Chanana

Vishal Chanana has a varied work experience, having worked in various roles since 2014. In 2014, they served as the Internal Vice President of the AIAA Student Branch at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. In 2015, they worked as an Intern in Industrial Automation at Delta Electronics, where they studied and suggested Delta's products for integration and implementation in Waste Water Treatment Plants. In 2016, they worked as a Summer Intern at Honda Cars India Ltd, where they optimized the quality management process on the power-train assembly line and assisted in the assembly of some power-train components. In 2017, they worked as a Co-op Trainee at HAECO, where they designed, fabricated, prototyped and tested an automated sander robot to sand aircraft panels, successfully reducing the time required for sanding operation by 56%. Finally, since 2018, they have been working as a Product Manager at SmartSign.

Vishal Chanana attended Step By Step International School, Jaipur from 2011 to 2013, where they earned an International Baccalaureate Diploma. Vishal then attended The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology from 2013 to 2017, where they studied Mechanical Engineering.
