Brian Lai

Brian Lai is an experienced Senior Business Analyst at SmartSimple Software Inc since March 2011, where Brian has taken on the role of technical lead for the design and implementation of Medical Case and Claim Management solutions utilizing SmartSimple's SaaS platform. Previous experience includes a position in Corporate Services IT at the Regional Municipality of Halton, where Brian developed functionality test plans and end-user documentation for the region's CRM system and contributed to the documentation of business processes for the 311 information service. Brian holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Technology Management from Ryerson University and has completed courses toward CBAP certification at the University of Toronto - School of Continuing Studies.
