Paul Benny E.t.

Paul Benny E.T., Ph.D has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles in the semiconductor industry. Paul has held positions at SmartSoC Solutions Pvt Ltd as the VP of Engineering, Lehberry Technologies Private Limited as the Founding Director, and Ignyrex Technologies Private Limited as the Founding Director & CEO. Additionally, they have served as the Director of Hardware Engineering at Eximius Design, an Engineering Manager at IBM India Pvt. Ltd., and a Manager in Semiconductors & IC Design at Tata Consultancy Services. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Manager in Analog Mixed Signal Design at U&I System Design Pvt. Ltd. and as an Executive Engineer in Electron Beam Lithography at ITI Limited. Paul began their career as a Research Fellow at the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, focusing on software development and device parameter extraction. Paul Benny E.T., Ph.D completed their education in a chronological manner. Paul then pursued their pre-degree education at Malabar Christian College in Kozhikode from 1978 to 1980.

After completing their pre-degree, Paul Benny E.T. went on to obtain a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Physics from Malabar Christian College in Kozhikode, which they completed between 1980 and 1983. Following their bachelor's degree, they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Physics from the University of Calicut from 1983 to 1985.

In addition to their M.Sc. from the University of Calicut, Paul Benny E.T. also earned another M.Sc. in Physics from St. Thomas College in Thrissur, completing their studies there in the same period, from 1983 to 1985.

Paul Benny E.T.'s academic journey culminated in completing their Ph.D. in the field of Semiconductors from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, which they pursued from 1986 to 1992.
