Joe D'amore has a diverse work experience in the printing and outsourcing industry. Joe began their career in 1990 at Workflow One, where they served as Senior Vice President of Sales for seventeen years. In 2008, D'amore joined Smart Source, LLC, where they held multiple roles. Firstly, they served as the Vice President of Sales and later became the Vice President of Account Services. Currently, they work as the Business Development and Customer Advocate at Smart Source, LLC. In this role, D'amore focuses on helping businesses improve efficiencies in print through outsourcing and inventory management technology, resulting in significant cost savings for customers.

Joe D'Amore attended Christ the King High School from 1971 to 1975. Joe then went on to complete their Bachelor of Arts degree in Theology & Psychology from Iona College, also from 1971 to 1975.
