Brett Hungerford

Brett Hungerford has over 20 years of work experience in various roles within the technology industry. Brett is currently serving as the Director of Cybersecurity at Smartsourcing, where they focus on providing support personnel and efficient outcomes for medium-sized businesses. Prior to this, they worked as a Technical Director at Stream-Line, offering strategic and operational services for companies' ICT platforms. Brett also served as the Chief Technology Officer at both ServTech Global Holdings Limited and RET Global Pty Ltd. Brett has experience in business development at Cloud Marketeers and technical project management at Intelematics Australia. Furthermore, they held multiple positions at Utilibill Pty Ltd, including Migration Manager, Subject Matter Expert, and Development Manager. Their early career began at Greenstone Technologies Limited, where they worked as an Internet and Integration Development Manager. Brett's work experience also includes serving as a Team Leader, System Analyst, and Developer at BCS Focus Pty Ltd, primarily in the Travel, Tourism, and Hospitality industry.

Brett Hungerford completed their Bachelor of Business (Information Systems) degree from RMIT University in the years 1997 to 2002. Brett has also obtained a certification in RSAC CISO Boot Camp from RSA Conference in 2023.
